Cancellations:

• You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees].
• You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or by final payment due date, whichever occurs first. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable

• Complimentary pax will be calculated per night based on the number of paying adults in the room block.
• Earned complimentary pax´s (refer to the number of people in a booking or event) will be applied to bookings with majority room category/majority length of stay. If equal room categories and/or length of stays exist, complimentary pax´s will be applied to bookings with the lower room category.
• Only paying adult components of the bookings will be taken into consideration when calculating the complimentary Pax(s).
• If cancellation occurs after the manifest has been sent to RIU the number of free pax(s) initially granted might be affected.
• Riu Hotels reserves the right to cancel or modify these conditions at any time, in which case a new revised version will be issued.
